Press Release from SolCool Solar Air Conditioning

November 19, 2005
Cabazon, California November 17, 2005 SolCool One, LLC, in concert with Diversified Product Industries, LTD., have completed installation of the first SolCool hybrid solar air conditioner and 1.2 kW Photovoltaic PowerCenter at Diversified's model home in it's Carmen Meadows development in Cabazon, California.

"The efficiency of the SolCool AC system and its ability to run during grid failure combined with the PowerCenter will save homeowners $150 or more per month in avoided energy costs", stated Mark Walsh, Manager of SolCool One, LLC.

Diversified has designed the SolCool AC unit to be the front-line house cooling unit with standard air conditioning as the back up. "This allows the standard AC to be used only on the hottest days and only then a fraction of its normal run time," stated Jack Prior, President of Diversified.

Carmen Meadows will be a first in the new home construction market with Diversified's patented MiraPan structural super-insulated panel building system; grid-tied solar power generating models; and the SolCool 110/12 volt, 2-ton augmentation air conditioning unit built into every home. Ultra low power bills and sustainability will distinguish Carmen Meadows from other developments. "The SolCool air conditioner and PowerCenter allow the builder to immediately put thousands of dollars into the buyers pocket through a combination of rebates and tax credits while dramatically lowering the household electric bill," Walsh added.

The SolCool Hybrid Solar Air Conditioner is manufactured in Ft. Worth, Texas with wholesale distribution coordinated by SolCool One, LLC in Redlands, California. For further information, visit SolCool on the internet at www.solcool.net.
