Who We Are

We have received quite a few e-mails asking, "Who runs this site?".
Well, here it goes:

We are a group of former (and present) "technical" advisors, "information specialists", and researchers who are sick and tired of the spin that media places on energy topics.

Many of the reports that we generated during our careers ended up in politician's wastebins and, if they DID ever manage to see the light of day, were ripped apart by so-called reporters...nary a shred of truth left in the stories. The independent media, in our humble opinion, is not any better. We continue to see data and facts turned into emotionally charged "political movements" instead of being simply presented as they are.

We do not believe people are stupid.
We do not believe people need someone to TELL THEM what is "really going on".
We do not believe that the "system" is bad or out to get you and me.
We do not believe that there is no hope.

What we have found is that most people get caught up in the EMOTION of energy issues and don't even have the basic working knowledge of what they are getting worked up about.

That is why we decided to create EROEI.COM:

Simple explanations of energy topics.

We believe that once a person has completely understood and defined the basics of a problem that THEN AND ONLY THEN can solutions be created within themselves.
